Kings Chariot Revival Rig: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO NOMINATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A JUDGED NOMINATION CONTEST, NOT A RAFFLE OR GAME OF CHANCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Bosque Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Kings Chariot, 4722 Wesconnett Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor administers the contest. Winners are chosen by a panel of Sponsor's mechanics and detailers (the "Judging Panel"). Brands that donated parts or support for the vehicle build (including ARB USA, Ironman 4x4, Wheel Pros, Raceline and Dent Star) are thanked as build sponsors only. They are not sponsors or administrators of this contest and play no part in judging.
2. Eligibility
- Nominators must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and 18 or older.
- Nominees must be legal U.S. residents, 18 or older, who hold, or live in a household with someone who holds, a valid U.S. driver's license.
- No self-nominations. A person may not nominate themselves.
- Not eligible: employees, officers and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, and members of the Judging Panel and their immediate family or household members.
3. Contest period
Nominations open November 6, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. ET. To be eligible, a nomination must be received at the nomination address by December 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Postmark dates don't count; only the date received does. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, damaged, sent to the wrong address or short on postage.
4. How to nominate (mail only)
Mail one nomination per envelope to: Kings Chariot Revival Rig Nominations, 4722 Wesconnett Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Each envelope must include:
- The official nomination form, printed from this website, completed by hand in ink and signed. Retyped, recreated or otherwise substitute forms will not be accepted.
- A handwritten story of at least 500 words explaining why the nominee deserves the vehicle. Stories shorter than 500 words are ineligible. Typed, printed or computer-generated stories will not be accepted. Photos are optional.
One nomination per person. Each nominator may submit only one nomination; if a nominator sends more than one, only the first one received will be judged. Each nominee will be judged only once; if a nominee is nominated more than once, only the first eligible nomination received for that nominee will be judged. Online, emailed, social media and hand-delivered nominations will not be judged. Nominations and any materials sent with them will not be returned. Sponsor may disqualify a nomination it finds to be false, offensive, incomplete or submitted without the nominee's knowledge.
5. Judging
Sponsor will check nominations for eligibility and completeness, and remove contact information before sending them to the Judging Panel. The Judging Panel will score each eligible nomination on the following three criteria:
- Need and impact: how much the vehicle would change the nominee's life
- Character and service: the nominee's contributions to family, community or others
- Story quality: clarity, sincerity and detail
The highest total score wins. Ties are broken first by the highest need-and-impact score, then by a vote of the Judging Panel. The Judging Panel will rank the next two highest-scoring nominations as alternates. Judging will be completed and the recipient selected by January 5, 2027. The Judging Panel's decisions are final.
6. Prize
One (1) white 2008 Lexus GX 470, VIN JTJBT20X980168723. The recipient will also receive one (1) Kings Chariot T-shirt and one (1) Kings Chariot hat. The vehicle is awarded AS-IS, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Before pickup, Sponsor will complete a documented safety inspection and check for open recalls, and will give the inspection report to the recipient. Titling and taxes. If the recipient is a Florida resident, Sponsor will pay the Florida title, tag, registration and sales tax for the vehicle. If the recipient lives outside Florida, Sponsor will give the recipient $1,500 in cash at pickup to help cover titling, registration and taxes in their home state, and the recipient is responsible for completing that titling. The recipient is responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes on the prize, including the vehicle's fair market value and any cash or fees Sponsor pays, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099. The recipient must show proof of insurance before driving away. The prize can't be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash.
7. Notification and in-person pickup
- Sponsor will try to reach the recipient and nominator by phone and email by January 5, 2027. The recipient must respond within 48 hours and return a signed eligibility affidavit, liability and publicity release, and Form W-9 by January 7, 2027.
- The recipient must pick up the vehicle in person at Kings Chariot, 4722 Wesconnett Blvd, Jacksonville, FL, on giveaway day, January 9, 2027. If the recipient can't attend that day, Sponsor may, at its discretion, schedule pickup by January 23, 2027. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Travel and transport: Sponsor does not cover travel, lodging, shipping or transport of the vehicle. All travel to Jacksonville and any costs to get the vehicle home are the recipient's responsibility.
- If the recipient can't be reached, doesn't return the documents on time, is found ineligible, or doesn't pick up the vehicle by January 23, 2027, the prize is forfeited and goes to the first alternate, then the second. Alternates may have a shortened pickup window.
8. Publishing consent and publicity
Sharing a nomination letter is optional and has no effect on judging. If the nominator and nominee sign the publishing consent on the nomination form, they give Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish the letter and any photos sent with it on Sponsor's websites and social media accounts, on YouTube, by email, and in press and advertising throughout the United States, during and after the contest. Sponsor may shorten letters or fix typos without changing what they mean. Sponsor will publish first names and city/state only, and will remove last names, street addresses, phone numbers, emails, and children's full names and schools. Sponsor may leave out sensitive medical, financial or legal details. A consenting party may withdraw consent for future use by writing to the nomination address. Sponsor will then take the letter off its website within a reasonable time, but can't recall material already shared or reported by others. Letters without signed consent will not be published.
Unless prohibited by law, the recipient agrees by accepting the prize that Sponsor may use their name, city, likeness, story and pickup-event photos and video for promotion, without further payment.
9. General conditions
By taking part, participants agree to these rules and release Sponsor and the Judging Panel from liability arising from the contest or the prize. Sponsor may cancel or change the contest if fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control affect it, and will award the prize from the eligible nominations it received. Florida law governs, and any disputes will be resolved in Duval County, Florida.
10. Recipient announcement
The recipient's first name and city will be posted on this website after January 9, 2027. You can also request it by writing to the nomination address.
